Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer two shipping options within the US:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping — Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at avcom@primedropco.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
