All Sales Are Final We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at avcom@primedropco.com with your order number. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they may have already been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at avcom@primedropco.com with photos and your order number. We'll review on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Orders If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it promptly.
